I’VE NEVER HEARD OF YOUR COMPANY, ARE YOU NEW? Since 1988, we have been a major wholesale supplier on the internet. We have been providing our fragrances to Retailers and Crafters all over the world. The majority of them have become long-time repeat customers. We have also been a major oil and incense supplier to many local businesses in the tri-state area.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER? Orders for liquidation items will be accepted online through our website only via Paypal including paypal e-check and credit card. At present, we cannot take phone orders or inquiries regarding this liquidation however; you will receive a prompt response within 48 hours from receipt of your order.
I CAN GET THE SAME FRAGRANCE OILS FOR LESS, WHY SHOULD I BUY YOURS?
Unless your supplier is a manufacturer or large distributor, beware of low pricing. Most suppliers are resellers who dilute their oils to make a larger profit. In addition to our own quality oils, we purchase 1,000’s of pounds of surplus fragrance oils from major manufacturers of superior quality fragrances that were previously used in name brand products.
SO IF YOUR PRICES ARE SO LOW, DOES THAT MEAN THESE ARE INFERIOR PRODUCTS?
Absolutely not! Fragrances are relatively low cost to produce. The final cost is usually determined by several factors including: raw material cost, overhead cost, whether or not they were manufactured or acquired through a third party and finally how much profit margin the seller wants. We prefer not to over inflate our cost just for profit. Actually, when we are over-stocked, we have found it best to sell at or below cost rather than pay extra storage fees.
WHY IS YOUR OIL A DIFFERENT COLOR THAN THE OIL I ALREADY BUY?
ALL oils are manufactured as a clear to light amber product. Cosmetic dyes are used during or after manufacturing to add character to the oil. **Note that prolonged exposure to light will pale coloring.
ARE THICKER OILS MORE CONCENTRATED THAN THINNER OILS?
Fragrance oils initially have a water-like consistency. The “thicker” consistency indicates that the fragrance oil may have actually been diluted (cut) with a glycol or other diluent.
WHY DOES YOUR VERSION SMELL DIFFERENT THAN WHAT I AM USED TO GETTING?
There are 1,000's of fragrance manufacturers and each will have their own version of every fragrance. Fragrances will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer; no two will ever be “exactly” alike. Since we offer fragrances from several manufacturers in addition to our own formulations, the possibility of different fragrances bearing the same name is highly possible. For example, we may offer over 100 versions of one particular fragrance. Therefore, dislike of a fragrance version will not be considered as a basis for refund or exchange. Please consider sampling a fragrance before ordering a large quantity.
***WARNING*** Beware of vendors that erroneously name an oil or just “make-up” names or tell you that a fragrance is “unisex” when it clearly has a separate version for man/woman.
WHAT IS YOUR GUARANTEE? We try to be a specific as possible in our description and provide products and services exactly as described. Unfortunately, as with all humans, we may on rare occasions, make a mistake. In the event of an error on our part, we will gladly refund the cost of the item upon request. This guarantee covers the following: Wrong size; Wrong fragrance; and/or delivery of order to our retail store later than 7 business days. Requests for refunds should be made within 3 days after receipt of item.
WHY DO YOU CHARGE HANDLING? These items are being sold at or below Production cost and therefore a modest “per order” handling fee will be added to help defray the cost of re-packaging, bottles, labels, labor, packing materials, and other costs associated with acquiring and offering this item for purchase and unfortunately this is a NON-Negotiable fee. Payments received without handling fee will not be recorded as a completed transaction.
WHY DID IT TAKE SO LONG TO GET MY ITEMS? We DO NOT pre-bottle or pre-package our fragrances EXCLUDING Orphan Lots), they are prepared specifically for each order and therefore we begin processing your order After receipt of cleared payment. In order to keep our overhead at a minimum, processing Clearance orders is handled by one individual who has to pour oils from very large containers and drums. Because of the large volume of orders filled, it MAY take up to 1-3 Business days to complete your order. PLEASE NOTE: We try very hard to stay within our normal time-frame is 1-3 business days to process an order, however, during extremely busy periods and/or with large orders, we may require additional time.
IS THERE A SHIPPING CHARGE? There are no shipping charges for orders picked up at our retail store. Should you want your order shipped, you may either provide your own carrier or additional UPS charges will be assessed based on the weight of your package. We may be able to provide local delivery for a nominal fee ($8-$25) based on your location.
HOW CAN YOUR FRAGRANCES BE USED? Our fragrance oils are formulated to be used in our cosmetic, skin and hair care product line so they can be safely used as Body Oils. We also use them in our "Hot Processed" and Glycerin Soap line. Our oils can also be used in a simmer pot, as potpourri refresher, in vacuum cleaners, to make incense and much more.
CAN I USE THESE OILS TO MAKE CANDLES OR COLD PROCESSED SOAP? At present, we do not manufacture our own candles and do very little "Cold Processed" soap making; however, we have been told that many of our fragrances work well when used with these formulations. We strongly recommend that you do TEST batches prior to making a full recipe.
AFTER THE SALE, CAN I STILL GET THE SAME FRAGRANCES AT THE SAME PRICE? These items will no longer be part of our regular stock and will not be available for re-ordering once the supply on hand is depleted. So stock up now! Another version of this fragrance MAY become available in the future at regular price and minimum quantities.
I CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT ORDERING YOUR PRODUCTS CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK? YES! If you cancel your order within 24 hours. Because we process each order specifically, after 24 hours, it cannot be cancelled.
I RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT I WANT TO RETURN IT, HOW DO I DO THAT? Please note that our products are used as or in body and skin care, and we must be assured of its purity, and therefore we cannot accept returns UNLESS your situation falls under the conditions of our Guarantee.
